About this item

Professional-Grade 17mm Hole Saw for Australian Trades Engineered from top-tier M42 bi-metal high-speed steel, this 17mm hole saw delivers exceptional hardness, heat resistance, and wear resistance. It maintains a sharp cutting edge even under high temperatures, making it ideal for long-term high-speed operations without deformation—perfect for demanding Aussie job sites. Sharp, Durable Cutting Performance The M42 high-speed steel cutting teeth (≥65 HRC) are razor-sharp and robust. Combined with a flexible bi-metal body, this hole saw ensures longer service life, smoother cuts, and higher efficiency when tackling hard materials like hardwood, plywood, plastic, PVC, gypsum board, or thin metal sheets. Smooth, Hassle-Free User Experience We've optimized the design with a multi-hole pattern and a spring-guided pilot drill that automatically ejects the cutting disc after drilling. This improves chip removal and reduces clogging—especially valuable when cutting thick or dense materials. Say goodbye to frustrating jams! Easy Operation and Secure Fit Clear, laser-etched size markings let you grab the right tool instantly. The shank is compatible with most electric and cordless drill chucks, ensuring fast installation, secure clamping, and stable torque transmission without slippage under high loads. Designed for safety and convenience on every project. Versatile Applications Across Industries Whether you're in plumbing, electrical work, HVAC installations, or tackling home DIY tasks, this hole saw performs flawlessly on wood, PVC, gypsum board, plastic, rubber, and thin metal. It's a versatile workhorse for tradespeople and enthusiasts across Australia.
