About this item

Precision Cutting for Every Project Whether you are a professional tradesperson or a dedicated DIY enthusiast, the 30mm Bi-Metal M42 High-Speed Steel Hole Saw with Pilot Drill delivers reliable, high-performance drilling for a wide range of materials. Engineered to withstand high temperatures and continuous use, this hole saw maintains its sharp edge and resists deformation even under heavy loads. Unmatched Durability and Sharpness Constructed from premium M42 bi-metal high-speed steel, this hole saw offers exceptional hardness, heat resistance, and wear resistance. The cutting teeth, hardened to 65 HRC or higher, stay sharp through prolonged use, while the flexible bi-metal body reduces stress and prevents cracking. The result is a longer service life, smoother cuts, and higher efficiency when drilling through tough materials. User-Friendly Design Saves Time The optimized multi-hole design with a spring-guided pilot drill automatically ejects the cutting disc after drilling, improving chip removal and minimizing blockages. This feature is particularly valuable when cutting thick or hard materials, saving you time and effort on every job. Clear size markings allow for quick identification, and the universal shank fits most electric and cordless drill chucks, ensuring fast setup and stable torque transmission. Versatile Applications Plumbing and electrical installations HVAC ductwork and fittings Woodworking and cabinetry Drywall and ceiling work General home improvement and DIY projects From wood and plywood to plastic, PVC, drywall, rubber, and thin metal sheets, this hole saw handles it all. Add water when cutting metal to extend its life and maintain peak performance.
