About this item

Precision Cutting with M42 Bi-Metal Technology Upgrade your toolkit with our 100mm Bi-Metal M42 High-Speed Steel Hole Saw with Pilot Drill. Engineered for Australian tradespeople and DIY enthusiasts, this hole saw combines superior materials with smart design to deliver clean, accurate cuts across a wide range of materials. Built to Last The M42 high-speed steel cutting teeth (hardness ≥65 HRC) are fusion-welded to a flexible bi-metal body, offering outstanding hardness, heat resistance, and wear resistance. Even under prolonged high-speed use, the cutting edge stays sharp and resists deformation—meaning longer service life and smoother cuts in wood, plywood, plastic, PVC, drywall, rubber, and thin metal. Effortless Operation We’ve eliminated common frustrations with our smart design. The multi-hole pattern and spring-guided pilot drill automatically eject material cores after each cut, preventing clogging and maintaining chip evacuation efficiency—especially valuable when drilling thick or tough materials. Clear, laser-etched size markings let you select the right bit instantly, while the universal shank fits most standard drill chucks for quick installation and stable torque transmission under load. Versatile Applications This hole saw is ideal for: Plumbing and electrical installations HVAC ductwork and fitting Home improvement and furniture assembly Automotive and metalworking tasks General workshop and maintenance projects Whether you’re a professional contractor or a weekend warrior, this tool delivers reliable performance and professional results. Add it to your kit today and experience the difference M42 bi-metal quality makes.
